Tony Groves – Superintendent 
Tony grew up in Forestville. Tony inherited his father’s ability to work with his hands and creatively solve complex building problems.
Tony started out as a piece-work framer when the Town of Windsor boomed in 1987. This production experience helped him understand the importance of budget, speed and accuracy in his work with Leff Construction. He’s lifted 20 houses on the Russian River out of flood range and built many custom homes in his nearly 20 years of construction work. Foundations are his specialty. Tony says, “The foundation is critical. It is the beginning of the job. Only if the foundation is right will you end up with a high quality home.” Tony’s projects with Leff Construction include new homes, additions and remodeling.
During his time as a U.S. Army combat engineer Tony was certified as a demolition expert. His interests outside of work include spending time with his family and enjoying boating on local lakes and rivers. He also enjoys playing and watching baseball and football with his son and watching his daughter compete in karate.
