Leff Construction made the transition from a former rabbit hutch to one of the most beautiful art studios in Sonoma County an effortless process. From the earliest planning stages their knowledge of innovative new products and roster of excellent suppliers and subcontractors made the decision making process very easy. Leff Construction was nothing but professional! All aspects of the company were run like a serious business. We were kept up to date on any possible changes in the building schedule. The job site was always clean. Communication was excellent and the billing process was accurate and efficient. They delivered more than they promised as this was a very stress free, enjoyable remodel.

We have done four different projects with Dave Leff over the past several years and we recommend his construction company without reservation.
The key to his success and our satisfaction is communication and their team concept. At the estimate level, the contractor, the engineer and the architect meet with the client. At the contract level, the contractor and all subs meet with clients on the job site for interaction and questions.

I have no doubt that within the Leff Construction portfolio the "war stories" of building our house is on the top of the list. The project was a complex design and they faced continual engineering, construction and management challenges. Today the house stands stately and graciously on the edge of a beautiful view of the west county countryside. I am virtually certain that we would not have finished our home if Dave Leff hadn't been our general contractor. He is a good manager who kept the project on track and us fully informed. The real test, however, of a good contractor is their responsiveness to issues that may come up after the project is completed and for this we give Dave high marks. We have recommended Leff Construction often and will continue to do so.
