Leff Construction is excited to receive a first place award in the SFBA NARI’s 2011 Remmies competition for Entire House Remodel $250-500,000 category!
The award recognizes excellence in remodeling throughout northern California. Leff Construction was the only Sonoma County firm to win an award.
The project earning us first place was a home remodel of a 1920's 'tear down' that Leff convinced the owners to remodel instead to reduce costs, and save energy, by reusing the existing structure and eliminating the need to send debris to a landfill.
A retired Bay Area couple purchased the home as a retirement retreat and have planted a vineyard on the property.
